On Sunday, February 14th, Fr. Andrew held proskemedia before church in the center educating the parishioners on this service. Proskemedia means the offering. It is the service in which the priest prepares the lamb used in the Eucharist for Liturgy as well as making commemorations of those remembered in the service.
